Gary and Ken Kerkman provide the finest construction services to our our customers, no matter how big or small the job. Committed to finishing every job on time and to the exact specifications of our client, Gary and Ken can be found working
late hours making sure everything is staying on track. While many construction companies send their work to second parties, at Kerkman Bros. Construction, much of our work is proudly done in-house. Our hands-on
approach ensures complete control over the quality of the work being done. Our experienced crew of master and Journeyman; carpenters, plumbers, and excavators have the expert knowledge and skills necessary to complete every job to the
satisfaction of our clients.
Meet the family
Gary Kerkman has over 35 years of experience designing and building custom homes in the tri-county area. As a second generation home builder at Kerkman Bros. Construction, building is in his blood. From a basement remodel
to award winning homes, high quality is Gary's standard of business.
Ken Kerkman has been in the construction business for over 40 years and is a 2nd generation owner. Ken has been designing and building custom homes from cottages to castles.
Ryan Kerkman our third generation brings the latest technology and fresh ideas to the drawing board. Whether you want the latest in automation and monitoring, want to go green or are looking for time proven solutions Kerkman

Meet our team
Office Administration
When you call or stop into Kerkman Bros. Construction you'll be greeted by our professional Office staff, who will walk you through your home building or remodeling process with professionalism and dedication to superior customer service;
as well as making sure all of your questions and needs are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Carpenters
Kerkman Bros. Construction employs a full time staff of six journeyman carpenters who work on all of our custom built homes. Many of our carpenters have decades of experience and take great personal pride in building
a high quality, well built homes.
Excavating Crew/Septic System Installers
Our excavating crew has a combined experience of over 75 years! We do excavating for foundations, demolitions, grading, install gravel driveways, and more. We also do installation of septic systems, holding tanks, and mound systems
including design, and certified soil testing.
Soil Testers
Kerkman Bros. Construction has a state certified soil tester on staff, so you can be assured the results you receive from us meets or exceed state code.
